Partner Squat with Rotation
Our resident fitness couple, Melvyn and Serena, are back in our newest episode on WomenTalk Soul! In this video, they will be demonstrating an exercise by the name of “Partner Squat with Rotation”, which will focus on strengthening your quad muscles, as well as buttocks and abdominals.
