Porsche Poh is the founder of Silver Ribbon (Singapore)​, a non-profit organisation which aims to break the silence around mental health issues. Despite the fact that advocacy has been a long and tumultuous journey, Porsche has emerged from such challenges with a better understanding of the needs of the mental health system. In response, she has launched various education and outreach programs, which seek to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness in Singapore. By employing creative means to generate more public awareness, Porsche hopes to build a society, where individuals suffering from mental illness can be empowered to lead more meaningful lives.
